What options do I have to refund my ATC 2020 In-person Congress Registration?
ATC 2020 In-person Philadelphia Congress registered participants will receive a full refund for Congress registration.  An individual communication from the ATC Registration by April 22, 2020.

What are the dates of ATC's Virtual Congress and when will more information be announced?
The Virtual Congress will take on May 30, 2020 through June 4, 2020.  The Congress will include the following:

  • 3 Days of Live Broadcast Sessions with ability to interact Live with Speakers and Sponsors
    • Saturday, May 30, 2020: 10 am - 4 pm ET
    • Sunday, May 31, 2020: 10 am - 4 pm ET
    • Monday, June 1, 2020, 10 am - 4 pm ET
  • A Yearlong Access to OnDemand Session Content
  • Up to 149.5 CME, ACPE, ANCC, CEPTC Credit / Contact Hours

A detailed program on Live Broadcast Sessions and OnDemand sessions will be available May 8, 2020.  Special COVID-19 sessions will be included.

Will credits be offered for the ATC Virtual Congress?
While viewing OnDemand sessions, participants can obtain credits for each session viewed.  The following credit types are available:

  • Up to 149.5 CME credit hours  
  • Up to 145.5 ACPE contact hours 
  • Up to 145.5 ANCC contact hours 
  • Up to 149.5 CEPTC credit hours

This opportunity is available the entire duration the Virtual Congress is available, May 30, 2020 - June 4, 2021.

Do I need to Register to participate in the ATC Virtual Congress? Yes, you must register to participate in the ATC Virtual Congress.  Registration will be available on the ATC website May 5, 2020.

Is there a dealine to register a group?

Yes, groups must send their completed spreadsheets to atc@xpressreg.net by Wednesday, May 27, 2020. 

What are the Virtual Congress Registration Fees?
The Virtual Congress is available for the following fees:

Trainee Free $25
Non-Doctoral $50 $150
Doctoral $125 $300

ATC offers reduced registration fees to ASTS or AST members.  Membership dues for 2020 must be paid by May 22, 2020 in order to qualify for MEMBER registration fees. NEW member applications are subject to additional processing time following payment.

I am a confirmed Invited Program Speaker and/or Invited Program Moderator.  When will I receive a communication on my participation?
Invited Program Speakers and Invited Program Moderators were sent an individual communication on participation April 20, 2020.  If you did not receive a communication on your participation, please contact atc@atcmeeting.org.

I am an Abstract Speaker and/or Abstract Moderator.  When will I receive a communication on my participation?
Abstract Speakers and Abstract Moderators will be sent an individual communication on participation April 22, 2020.  If you did not receive a communication on your participation, please contact atc@atcmeeting.org.

Will ATC Call for Programs 2021 Submission be Available?
The ATC Program Planning Committee is currently reviewing the timeline on Call for Programs 2021 Submission.  More information on the submission process and timeline will be available in June 2020.

Can I get a refund on flights?
ATC is not liable for refunds on travel.  Attendees should check their individual airlines for specific cancellation / refund policies.  ATC will not be responsible for any airline cancellation or change fees.  Attendees who have made travel arrangements through Crystal Travel Management Company, the ATC designated travel agent, will need to contact Sean Kelly directly.

Will I get refund on my abstract submission fees?
Abstract submission fees will not be reimbursed.  Abstracts that have been selected for plenary, oral, and poster presentation will still be made available to view on the ATC Mobile Application and AJT Online Library on May 30, 2020.

I have questions about my Exhibit Booth and / or Sponsorship?
All questions pertaining to an Exhibit Booth and / or Sponsorship should be directed to the ATC Exhibits & Sponsorship Relationship Manager, Melanie Ryan, mryan@atcmeeting.org for more information.

How do I get a refund on my hotel?
Attendees who made a reservation through the ATC Hotel Reservation Company, OnPeak, will obtain a full hotel reservation refund.  Refunds have been processed, and and a communication has been sent by OnPeak.
