Membership


ATC offers reduced registration fees to ASTS or AST members.  Membership dues for 2017 must be paid by April 10, 2017 in order to qualify for reduced registration fees.

*New/Renewing membership in ASTS or AST may take 5 - 10 business days to be active in the ATC registration system.


Payment


Registration must be paid using a valid credit card online.  Wire transfers are not accepted for individual registrations or groups.  Full payment must accompany all registrations and registration will not be final until payment is received.  


Cancellation/Change Fee Policy


Requests for refunds must be submitted via email to jdougherty@atcmeeting.org by April 11, 2017 to be eligible for reimbursement.  There will be a $75 processing fee for all refunds.  Refunds will not be processed until after the meeting.  Refund requests after April 11, 2017 will not be honored.  There are no refunds for ticketed or social events. 

If you register under the incorrect registration category, there will be a $75 processing fee to alter your registration.  Please make sure you have carefully reviewed the registration types before you register.  Requests to change a registration category must be submitted via email to jdougherty@atcmeeting.org by April 11, 2017.  We are not able to change your registration type after this date. 


Letters of Invitation


Letters of invitation are available to registered participants only.  You will have the option to request a letter of invitation during the registration process.  Once you are registered, you will need to log into your badge center.  You will need your email address and badge number to log in.  You will then be able to print the VISA invitation letter using the link under "My Account."  


Shuttle Transportation


Transportation is provided for attendees staying at Official ATC 2017 Hotels ONLY.

ATC provides complimentary shuttle bus service for attendess staying at OFFICIAL ATC 2017 HOTELS ONLY and McCormick Place.  Attendees not staying at  ATC official hotels will NOT be permitted shuttle access.  

Please allow a minimum of 30-40 minutes travel time from the hotels to McCormick Place during peak traffic conditions or inclement weather. Peak times are considered 6:00 am – 9:30 am and 4:45 pm – 8:00 pm. Upon arrival, familiarize yourself with the shuttle bus pick-up and drop-off locations for your hotel.

Peak Shuttle Service: Every 10 - 15 minutes

Non-peak Shuttle Service: Every 20 Minutes
