The health and safety of all ATC participants and staff, along with their family members, co-workers, and patients, continues to remain our top priority. At ATC 2026, hand sanitization stations will be provided throughout the convention center.

What is ATC's filming and photography policy?
The American Transplant Congress welcomes attendees to take photographs during the event with personal mobile devices for non-commercial purposes. Live-sharing of meeting content (such as slides, posters, and exhibitor information) on social media as a way to share information is also permitted. If a speaker does not wish to have his or her session or research photographed or shared via social networks, the speaker will make an announcement before the presentation. ATC strongly encourages compliance with speaker requests regarding photography, audio/video recording, livestreaming, and social media sharing.

Abstracts will be considered for presentation if they have NOT been previously published as an article at the TIME OF SUBMISSION.

Is there a fee to submit an abstract?
Yes, ATC has the following abstract submission fees for each abstract submission:
- $25 for current AST and ASTS members (first OR last author)
- $50 for non-members
Instructions on How to Receive the ASTS / AST Member Fee:
- You must log in to the ATC Program User Portal with the email associated with the first or last authors membership account.
- Once you have logged in you will have the option to change the presenting author.
- Please note, the presenting author will be listed as the primary author and will receive all abstract communications.
