Due to their weight and bulk, magazines, newspapers and other publications will not be permitted to be distributed. Prices are based on an average-sized paper insert. A minimum of four inserts from any combination of advertisers must be reserved for the Doctor’s Bag to be delivered on a particular day. All materials subject to ATC approval.
*Doctor’s Door Drop circulation is based on projected attendance and room blocks at the time of printing.
Timeline of Insert Production
- Monday, March 20, 2017 - Graphic Approval to ATC, Melanie Ryan, email@example.com. Confirmation of sponsor printing with ATC printer or printing on own must be made at this time.
- March 24, 2017 – Approved graphic sent to ATC printer for production.
- April 10, 2017 – Deadline for inserts to be received should sponsor print on own.

Housing Confirmation Email Notification - $20,000
Stand out to attendees when they receive a housing email confirmation with your company’s electronic banner hyperlinked to your company’s website. This notification will reach approximately 3,500 attendees.
Pre-Congress Mailing List - $5,500
A mailing list of all pre-registered attendees can be purchased for a one-time usage. A one-time use agreement must be signed and faxed back to the Exhibit Manager in order to receive the list. This gives you a unique opportunity to get in front of attendees before the Congress begins either by sending a mailing piece or an email blast - attendees will know exactly where to find you when they enter the exhibit hall.
Registration Confirmation Email Notification - $20,000 - SOLD
Reach over 5,000 attendees when they receive a registration email confirmation with your company’s electronic banner hyperlinked to your company’s website. Every attendee will receive a registration confirmation prior to attending the Congress.
