COVID-19 Update

Dear Colleagues:
 
It is with great regret that we inform you the in-person ATC in Philadelphia must be cancelled.  We thank all of you for your patience and understanding while we have evaluated the status of ATC 2020. 
 
The ATC, ASTS, and AST leadership have closely monitored daily Coronavirus (COVID-19) developments.  Our thoughts are with those who are affected by and combatting COVID-19 daily.  The health, safety, and security of ATC participants and staff along with their families, co-workers and patients is our top priority. 
 
Based on updates and guidance from the World Health Organization (WHO), U.S. Center for Disease Control (CDC), the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, and the City of Philadelphia, we have decided to cancel ATC in Philadelphia. 
 
ATC’s 2020 Virtual Congress
At ATC, The Science of Tomorrow Starts Today!, our goal remains to advance our field and showcase the amazing research done in our industry, we are diligently working to transform our in-person program to ATC 2020’s Virtual Program.  Information on the Virtual Congress can be found by clicking here.
 
ATC Speaker, Moderator, & Abstract Presenter
All who have confirmed to participate in ATC as a Speaker, Moderator,  and Abstract Presenter will receive individual communications as we continue to work through the ATC’s 2020 Virtual Congress.
 
We thank all of you for your patience and understanding while we have evaluated the status of ATC 2020.

Registration


Participants who already registered to attend the ATC In-person Philadelphia Congress will receive a full refund.  An individual communication from the ATC Registration Team will be sent by April 22, 2020.
