The exhibit hall will be closed from 2:00 pm to 3:30 pm Sunday, Monday and Tuesday.

The Congress program allows for daily unopposed exhibit hall times each day.

*Booth dismantling may not begin before 7:00 pm on Tuesday, June 4. All exhibit material must be packed and ready for shipment by 12:00 pm on Wednesday, June 5.

  • Exhibitor Service Online Manual e-mailed to exhibiting companies.

March 15, 2019
  • Scale drawings for 20x20 booths or larger due to show management.
  • Deadline for cancellation of exhibit space.

  • Notification of use of independent contractors form due

  • Request for novelty/giveaway approval form due

Freeman will begin accepting crated, boxed or skidded materials beginning Friday, May 3, 2019 at the above address. The last day Freeman will accept freigh at the warehouse (before a late charge) will be Thursday, May 23, 2019. Material arriving after Thursday, May 23, 2019 will be received at the warehouse with an additional after deadline charge. Warehouse materials are accepted at the warehouse Monday through Friday between the hours of 8:00 AM -2:30 PM. To check on the arrival of freight, please call our exhibitor service department at 775-355-4600.

Please Note: The warehouse will be closed on Monday, May 27, 2019 in observance of Memorial Day. Shipments will
not be accepted on this date.

Show Site Shipments
Shipments to show site will not be accepted prior to 1:00 pm on Thursday, May 30, 2019.
