Open Hours for Attendees to Access Exhibits and Posters

The exhibit hall will be closed from 2:00 pm to 3:30 pm Sunday, Monday and Tuesday for general attendee accessibility. 

Important: Attendees accessing Exhibit Hall Meeting Rooms, located in the back of Exhibit Hall A, will have access to enter the exhibit hall and attend meetings starting 7:00 am - 7:00 pm, Sunday, May 31, Monday, June 1, Tuesday, June 2

Special Events in the Exhibit Hall

The Congress program allows for daily unopposed exhibit hall times each day.

  • Exhibit Booth space assignments sent to exhibiting companies via email.
February 4, 2020
  • Official housing and registration opens to exhibitors.
March 10, 2020
  • Exhibitor Service Online Manual e-mailed to exhibiting companies.

March 25, 2020
  • Scale drawings for 20x20 booths or larger due to show management.
  • Deadline for cancellation of exhibit space. 
  • Company/Product description due
  • Notification of use of independent contractors form due
  • Affliate event space request form due
  • Request for novelty/giveaway approval form due
  • Decorator certificates of insurance due

Freeman will begin accepting crated, boxed or skidded materials beginning Friday, May 3, 2019 at the above address. The last day Freeman will accept freight at the warehouse (before a late charge) will be Monday, March 23, 2020. Material arriving after Monday, April 20, 2020 will be received at the warehouse with an additional after deadline charge. Warehouse materials are accepted at the warehouse Monday through Friday between the hours of 8:00 AM -2:30 PM. To check on the arrival of freight, please call our exhibitor service department at 775-355-4600.

Please Note: The warehouse will be closed on Monday, May 25, 2020 in observance of Memorial Day. Shipments will
not be accepted on this date.

Show Site Shipments
Shipments to show site will not be accepted prior to 1:00 pm on Friday, May 29, 2020.
