ATC 2021: An Important Meeting Update

As of October 9, 2020

As of today, the ATC 2021 meeting is scheduled to take place onsite at the Washington State Convention Center located in Seattle, Washington on June 5 – 9, 2021. Please save the date! Registration will open early 2021.

The ASTS, AST, and ATC leadership continue to closely monitor developments with the COVID-19 pandemic while assessing its potential impact on future activities, including ATC 2021. Working with our team of expert meeting organizers, planning proceeds full steam ahead with the health of our attendees, speakers, exhibitors, sponsors, and staff as top priority.

At this time, while the meeting is still planned to take place onsite in Seattle, WA, we understand that these plans may change due to restrictions, mandates, and updated guidelines. If anything changes regarding the format of ATC 2021, you will hear from us. Your health and safety are our priority and we will continue to communicate as the planning of ATC 2021 progresses. The ATC Program Planning Committee and ATC Headquarters Team are fully dedicated to exploring different design options to bring together transplantation professionals from across the globe and seamlessly deliver the newest research, and the latest science and innovation, while enabling attendee connections and networking opportunities.

Regardless of the meeting format, one thing is for sure, the ATC 2021 meeting will happen next year. The Call for Abstracts for ATC 2021 is officially open. We invite you to review the details and submit your abstract by the Friday, December 4, 2020 deadline. We’re looking forward to receiving and reviewing your contributions that will ultimately help shape the ATC 2021 program.
