Add ATC Women's Networking Event to Your Existing Registration

ATC will host its first-ever Women's Networking Event for transplantation professionals across the globe on June 4, 2021, 6:00 - 8:00 pm ET.

The Women's Networking event is INCLUDED when you register for ATC 2021 Virtual Connect. 

IMPORTANT:  If you are already registered, please ADD this networking event to your registration to ensure we know you are going to participate. To add this networking event to your registration, you will need your Registration Badge ID Number and Last Name to log in to your account.

Payment


Registration must be paid using a valid credit card online.  Wire transfers are not accepted for individual registrations or groups.  Full payment must accompany all registrations and registration will not be final until payment is received.  

Payment will be reflected as 'American Transplant Congress'.


Cancellation/ Refunds / Change Fee Policy


Cancellations / Refunds

Requests for cancellation / refunds must be submitted via email to the ATC Registration Coordinator, atc@atcmeeting.org by May 20, 2021 to be eligible for reimbursement.  Refund requests after May 20, 2021 will not be honored.

There will be a $75 processing fee for all refunds.  Refunds will not be processed until after the meeting.

Name Changes

All name changes must be received via email to the ATC Registration Coordinator, atc@atcmeeting.org by May 20, 2021.  If you would like to make a name change after this date, there will be a $25.00 charge per name change.

Incorrect Registration Category

If you register under the incorrect registration category, there will be a $75 processing fee to alter your registration.  Please make sure you have carefully reviewed the registration types before you register.

Requests to change a registration category must be submitted via email to the ATC Registration Coordinator, atc@atcmeeting.org by May 20, 2021.  We are not able to change your registration type after this date. 


VISA Letter of Invitation


VISA letters of invitation are available to registered participants only.  You will have the option to request a letter of invitation during the registration process.  Once you are registered, you will need to log into the Registration Resource Center.  You will need your Last Name and Registration Badge Number to log in.  You will then be able to print the VISA invitation letter using the link under "My Account."  


Time Zone Schedule of Program – Eastern Time Zone


The program schedule is built in Eastern Time Zone.  The Virtual Connect platform will provide options to display the program times in the time zone you reside in or display in Eastern Time Zone.
